Lecturer, Kemal ÖZTÜRK was born in 1966 in Kahramanmaraş Pazarcık. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Literature, Department of Librarianship in 1988. He completed his master's degree in the same field in 1996. He has been practicing his profession at Istanbul University since 1988. The first 23 years of his working life were spent in the Central Library of Istanbul University. He has been working at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine Hulusi Behçet Library since 2010.
