Tzu-heng Chiu has been working in the medical library for more than 20 years. She is now the President of Taiwan Medical Library Association (TMLA) and a Professor in General Education Center and the University Librarian of Taipei Medical University, Taiwan.  She is also an adjunct Professor in 3 famous library and information Sciences Institutes in Taiwan.  She has double master degrees in Library Science and Information Resources Management from Syracuse University, USA and a PhD. in Library and Information Sciences from National Taiwan University.  Her research interests are medical informatics, user information behavior and information organization.
